SAI expands support for orphanages in Venezuela
Exciting news to share! In the fourth quarter of 2023, SAI went above and beyond to fight hunger among Venezuela's most vulnerable children. We are proud to announce that we provided more than 14,800 nutritious meals to not just one or two, but five orphanages across the country.
But our commitment does not stop there. We are delighted to add two more orphanages to our program, to reach even more children in need. This expansion means more meals, more food and a stronger fight against hunger.
From staples like cornmeal, oatmeal and spaghetti, to protein sources like eggs and tuna, chicken and a vibrant assortment of fruits and vegetables, we ensure that every child receives a complete and nutritious diet.
But it's not just about food. We go above and beyond to care for all aspects of children's wellbeing. Our medical team provides high quality healthcare, essential vitamins and necessary medicines, all at no cost to the orphans.
